Move any mailbox without losing a single message

Yes. Create an account and migrate as many mailboxes as you need. There is no message limit, no mailbox size limit, no trial period and no card required.

Yes. Each message is copied whole — the complete raw message, including every attachment, inline image and header. Nothing is re-encoded or stripped, so a file arrives exactly as it was sent. There is no attachment size limit on our side; the only ceiling is whatever your destination provider enforces.

No. Nested folders arrive nested with the same names, and read state, replied and flagged markers, custom labels and original dates all travel with the message. A migrated mailbox sorts and reads exactly like the one you left.

As many as the mailbox holds. Messages are streamed one at a time rather than loaded together, so a 200,000-message archive works the same way a small one does — it simply takes longer. There is no cap on message count or total mailbox size.

Most of the time is spent waiting on the two mail servers, not on us. A few thousand messages usually finish within an hour; very large archives can run for several hours. Closing the tab does not cancel anything — the migration carries on and the finished run appears in your history, though the live progress view does not come back after a reload.

Every copied message is recorded as it lands. Run the migration again and it picks up from where it stopped, skipping everything already moved. Running it twice does not produce two copies of your mail.

If two-factor sign-in is on — which it is by default for Gmail and most Microsoft accounts — your normal password will be rejected by the mail server and you will need an app password instead. Providers that do not enforce two-factor generally accept the ordinary password.

No. Messages stream from the source server straight to the destination and are never written to our disks. Passwords are held in memory only for the length of the run and are never saved. The one thing we keep is a list of which message IDs were copied, so a resumed migration does not duplicate them — no subjects, no senders, no content.

Any server that speaks IMAP, which is nearly all of them. Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft 365, Yahoo, iCloud, Fastmail, Zoho, HostKro and Proton Bridge have ready-made presets; anything else works by entering the host and port yourself. Source and destination can be different providers or the same one.

Yes, one after another. Each run moves a single mailbox, so migrating a team means repeating it per account. Every run is kept in your history with its own report.

Yes. Choose folders individually, or filter by date range, message size, or subject pattern — useful for leaving Spam and Trash behind, moving only recent mail, or skipping anything over a size limit.

Run a dry run first and it reports exactly what would move without writing anything. During the real run you get live per-folder and per-message progress, and afterwards the run is saved to your history with counts of what transferred, what was skipped and what failed.
